0. 적용 범위

본 정책은 일회성 비소모성 Seaworthy Pro 구매(co.digitalfreedom.seaworthy.pro.lifetime)의 환불 절차를 설명합니다. 서비스 이용약관과 EULA를 보완합니다. Seaworthy에는 구독이 없습니다. TestFlight 구매는 테스트 거래이며 요금이 청구되지 않습니다.

Seaworthy는 지원 시장에서 Apple App Store와 TestFlight를 통해 제공됩니다. 본 정책은 전 세계에 적용됩니다. 제공자는 유럽연합 소비자권리지침(2011/83/EU) 및 디지털콘텐츠지침((EU) 2019/770)을 기본 기준으로 적용하며, 더 높은 수준의 보호를 제공하는 현지 소비자 보호법(호주 소비자법의 법정 보증, 영국 소비자권리법 2015, 미국 주법, 브라질 CDC 등)도 준수합니다.

호주 소비자에 대한 안내:

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:

  • to cancel your service contract with us; and
  • to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.

You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.

본 정책의 어떠한 내용도 위 보증을 제한하지 않습니다. 중대한 하자가 있는 경우 환불과 교환 중 선택할 권리는 귀하에게 있으며, 공급자인 제공자가 구제 의무를 부담합니다.

1. 환불 처리 주체

환불 권한은 귀하의 구매에 대한 판매자에 따라 정해집니다.

당사는 Apple이 부과한 요금을 취소할 수 없습니다. App Store 환불은 Apple 절차를 거칩니다. DigitalFreedom이 귀하의 구매에 대한 판매자인 경우 법정 환불 및 구제 의무는 당사가 부담하며, 스토어의 재량적 정책에 의해 제한되지 않습니다.

Seaworthy는 Google Play를 통해 제공되지 않습니다. App Store 환불은 Apple이 처리하며, 판매자에 대한 귀하의 강행법규상 권리는 영향을 받지 않습니다.

3. 직접 구매

직접 구매 경로는 없습니다. Seaworthy Pro는 App Store를 통해 구매합니다. 판매자는 Apple에 적용되는 대리 또는 위탁매매 약정에 따라 달라집니다. 제1조 및 법적 체계 개요 제3조를 확인하십시오.

Apple이 판매자인 경우 Apple의 청약철회 절차가 적용됩니다. DigitalFreedom Global LLC가 판매자인 경우 귀하의 법정 권리는 당사에 대해 행사할 수 있습니다. mailto:support@digitalfreedom.co.za로 연락하십시오. App Store 요금의 결제 취소는 Apple이 처리합니다. 서비스 이용약관 제7.5조에 청약철회 판단 기준이 명시되어 있습니다.

4. 구독

Seaworthy에는 구독, 정기 결제 또는 구독 체험이 없습니다. 취소해야 할 갱신도 없습니다.

5. 지불 거절

App Store 요금에 이의를 제기하려면 Apple의 분쟁 처리 절차 또는 은행의 절차를 이용하십시오. 제공자는 정당한 조사에 협조합니다. 거래가 취소되면 StoreKit을 통해 Seaworthy Pro 접근 권한이 회수될 수 있습니다. 정지할 Seaworthy 계정은 없습니다. 강행법규에 따른 소비자 권리는 영향을 받지 않습니다. 도움이 필요하면 mailto:support@digitalfreedom.co.za로 연락할 수 있습니다.

6. 환불 제외 항목

Seaworthy는 소모성 구매, 구독 기간 또는 제3자 콘텐츠를 판매하지 않습니다. Seaworthy Pro 환불 요청에는 제1–3조 및 강행적 소비자 보호법이 적용되며, 본 정책은 추가적인 환불 제외 항목을 만들지 않습니다.

7. EU 온라인 분쟁 해결

유럽연합 집행위원회의 온라인 분쟁 해결 플랫폼은 2025년 7월 20일 운영을 종료했습니다. 규정 (EU) 2024/3228은 해당 플랫폼의 설립 근거였던 규정 (EU) No 524/2013을 폐지했습니다. 소비자는 mailto:hello@digitalfreedom.co.za로 당사에 직접 연락하거나 거주국의 관할 대체적 분쟁 해결 기관에 신청할 수 있습니다.

DigitalFreedom Global LLC는 법률상 요구되는 경우를 제외하고 독일 소비자분쟁해결법(VSBG)에 따른 소비자분쟁조정위원회(Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle)의 분쟁 해결 절차에 참여할 의무도 의사도 없습니다.
